Research Experience or Dancing with Ghosts

   I have been a university teacher for over 18 years. During this period, I studied abroad (in Japan) for 5 years and obtained my doctoral degree. While studying for a doctorate in Japan, I had the experience of reviewing some master's books.    Later, while working at Myanmar universities, in 2016, I became a Visiting Professor at Vienna University in Austria. Therefore, both as a student and as a teacher at motherland and abroad, I had many teaching and learning experiences. From these experiences, I would like to share my experience of checking research papers.    Before going to Japan, I thought I already knew about research. But when I got to the university in Japan, I realized that this assumption is not completely correct.  I realized that I didn't really know the research process there. The reason why I said this was that students in foreign universities were quite critical in teaching and learning. In addition to this, there were creativity in doing research. As
